What do all frequent fliers love? That’s right. Brand new First Class amenity kits. And German airline Lufthansa is treating its premium passengers with a new kit that recently won first place at the Onboard Hospitality Award 2018.

The new First Class Amenity Kit, which will be on board from the end of May, was voted as the “Best for First” by 1,000 readers of the renowned British trade magazine.

The awards took into consideration the following criteria: First impression, quality, durability, weight, usefulness, design, functionality, taste, content and enrichment of customer experience.


The ladies’ model of the Windsor Amenity Kit is modern and elegant with an elaborate finish. environmental awareness in mind, the bags also come with a detachable carrying strap so that the bag can be used as a handbag or as a clutch.

The men’s model is classic and functional with a modern, straightforward design. It can also be used as a practical organiser thanks to the detachable strap. The contents of the First Class Kits include exclusive care products from the La Prairie brand.


Lufthansa is also releasing new business class amenity kits from July. The Reisenthel Amenity Kits will be available in three different variants of the new Lufthansa design and will be equipped with high-quality cosmetic products from L’Occitane.

New “Around the World” amenity kits will also be available in Premium Economy from mid-July.
