Servisair Lounge, London Heathrow (LHR), Terminal 1
Impression
The Servisair lounge is located on the first floor of terminal 1 and is used by all airlines that operate in terminal 1 that do not have their own lounge in the terminal. Additionally, the lounge is available to passengers with various debit and lounge cards, and it is also possible to purchase access. The lounge is located near the Star Alliance lounge, just beside the transfer desk, and is accessed via a lift or stairs.
The lounge is rather small and the interior is somewhat simple. The lounge has armchairs and sofas in yellow and beige leather. In the middle of the lounge there is a self-service buffet divided into three parts with three sides. The buffet area also feels quite simple and worn.
Eating and Drinking
The lounge offers a good range of drinks, with beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, coffee and tea all available. The range of food is limited to cakes, muffins, and cocktail snacks like nuts and crisps.
Facilities
There are two computers in the lounge as well as free WiFi (password at reception). There are also a couple of televisions and a standard range of newspapers.
Summary
An unremarkable lounge with a simple and somewhat worn interior. Sufficient to sit down, take the weight off and have a drink, but not much more. A big minus is the limited food offerings.
