Good to read that BA are upgrading their soft product in First, but what about the hard product? Their First Class seats are now like other airlines Business Class seats. Are they going to upgrade their seats to suites? They'll need to, if they want to work their way up to the top 10 again. At the moment they are just average and I see they spent millions upgrading their Business Class service to drop the expensive trolley service and resumed their hand service. Surely they should've tried and tested this before wasting so much money?
