Passengers flying in British Airways’ Club World (Business Class) on routes between London Heathrow and Australia can look forward to a smoother night’s sleep thanks to new cosy bedding from The White Company.

The introduction of the luxury lifestyle brand’s new bedding will start on the airline’s Sydney service this autumn. New amenity kits will also be available in the Club World cabin.

Passengers travelling in Club World between London Heathrow Terminal 5 and Australia will also be given an elegant day cushion which can double up as a lumbar support.


The new in-flight upgrades are part of the airline’s $859.7 million (£600 million) investment in its Club World product. The investment will also see a new restaurant-style dining service for Club World passengers. Customers will be able to select from a choice of freshly prepared starters and desserts served on beautiful new table settings from new display trolleys.

The new bedding from The White Company includes a luxuriously soft and fluffy pillow and pillowcase. It features a soft grey fabric on one side and crisp white cotton on the other. Passengers will also be given a comfortable woven blanket with satin trim and a specially developed luxury duvet. Additionally, the bed features a padded mattress cover giving an extra layer of comfort.


Also from The White Company, the new Club World amenity kits come in an attractive bag and contain products from the retailer’s ‘Restore & Relax Spa Collection’. They also contain a luxurious jersey eye-mask.

British Airways’ partnership with The White Company began on its Club World cabin back in July 2017. Products from the company debuted on the airline’s London-New York route last October.
