Servisair Lounge, London Heathrow (LHR), Terminal 3
The Servisair Lounge is one of two third-party lounges located in London Heathrow’s terminal 3. It is open to travellers who do not have a loyalty card of a sufficiently high level, or a business or first class ticket.
The lounge is quite small and is divided into two separate areas. Just past the reception there is a buffet area that consists of a self-service buffet, tables and chairs, where one can sit down properly to eat or work. Further into the lounge you find a relaxation area with black leather chairs.
The lounge design is fairly modern but otherwise somewhat ordinary and unremarkable.
Eating and Drinking
The self-service buffet offers a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, spririts, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
The range of food is limited to fruit, cakes, pastries and snacks.
The lounge has free WiFi throughout, the password is available at the front desk. There is also a TV and a decent selection of newspapers.
This is a somewhat simple third-party lounge but an okay option if you are looking for some privacy, the opportunity to work, or to enjoy a drink while you wait at the airport. A modern design and friendly staff.
